I've been in the fitness industry since I was 16 years old, and devloped a huge passion for 1-1 coaching and personal training. I have trained everyone from the elite athlete to the every day mum, so believe me when I say, I know how to get people into shape. Personal Training is highly unique experience and i believe you deserve the best.
I am therefore delighted to begin offering Online Coaching and 1-1 Personal Training for potential clients who want RESULTS. Over the last 15 years, I have helped hundreds (if not thousands) of people get into the best shape of their lives, and develop long lasting healthy habits.

I pride myself on being able to deliver high quality training programmes, incredibe workouts, tailored coaching videos and bespoke lifestyle audits that will help you become the best version of yourself.

When you sign up to a personal training package, you'll be signing up to work directly with me. I will be your full time coach and provide all of the tools you need to succeed with tons of support along the way.
What is Online Personal Training?
Online PT with me is a flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional personal training and can help you reach your health and fitness goals faster than going at it alone. With bespoke custome training plans and healthy habit indicators, i'll hold you personally accountable for your training and nutrition.
Online PT gives you the flexibility to work out on your own time, exercise at home or the gym, and have someone like me to keep you accountable to your programme. You can train from anywhere in the world at any time, and if you don't have access to the gym, that's no problem, no equipment is needed!
All of my 1-1 clients get access to their very own custom training app with video tutorials, specifically designed workouts and custom nutrition goals.
We'll work closely on how to develop good healthy habits and I'll also give you full 1-1 support on messenger whenever you need me. Extras are also included like technique video analysis, weekly check ins, online group fitness classes and monthly 1-1 reviews.

How does it work?
Upon signup you will receive a comprehensive consultation and questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. I want to know exactly what you need.

I will then create your specific training programme for you within 4-7 days and send it to you via email where you can download our bespoke training app and begin tracking your progress online or at the gym with me. You can work from home, or in the gym!

Nutrition:
​
Our NLF nutritionists will create a delicious, easy to follow meal plan which you will also have access to. This includes over 30 recipes which can be tracked via MYFITNESSPAL. I'll also set you up with a full calorie and macro nutrient specific to your goals and needs.
Exercise video library:
​
In the app you will find our exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training program. Use these videos to perfect your technique or send back some videos for technical analysis from me.

24/7 support
​
As a client and member of NLF you will have 24/7 support with me. This includes a welcome video, voice notes, weekly check-ins and accountanbility meaning you'll never feel alone throughout your journey.

Review
​
Every 4 weeks I will review your programme and progress. We will then discuss the next phase of your programme and make changes when needed.
