Welcome to the 4 Week Fitness Home Fat Loss Plan by Next Level Fitness
This 4 week online coaching plan by our in-house NLF Coaches is designed to help you strip body fat, improve strength and boost fitness levels all from the comfort of your own home.
This plan doesn't need any equipment and each session should take no longer than 20-40 minutes max to complete. It just needs you & all your effort. You've taken the first step, its time to make a real change. :)
How to follow the plan.
You'll get access to a list of workouts in your 28 day (4 week) Plan. Each workout focuses on a different area each day, meaning you'll get to maximise your training in the shortest time possible-
Each workout will be scheduled for you on the Calendar section of your exclusive app, however you can choose to re-schedule a workout if you need to, or simply don't have the time.
Use the Calendar section on the app to tap on a workout, check-in, track your stats, and monitor your progress. Our coaches will be folloowing your progress online, and scheduling measurments, so try to stay on top of your diary.
We will be checking in with you online, and via facebook, keeping your accountable and helping you throughout your journey so you'll never feel alone.
