-REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES ON ALL SERVICES AND MEMBERSHIPS
- All purchases made on our app and website are non-refundable.
- We do not offer membership freezing or transfer of named memberships.
- Memberships run on a pay as you go non-subscription basis. They require zero direct debits or payment contracts, and a result cannot be refunded, or put on hold.
- Should the gym need to close in the event of public holidays, or government based decisions, we will transfer valid members to our online training platform for the remainder of their membership.
- We cannot refund or freeze days missed due to sickness (including government based isolation rules), family events, or otherwise.
